COACH KICH – CLIENT COACHING AGREEMENT

This Coaching Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Coach Kich ("Coach") and the individual purchasing coaching services ("Client"). By booking, purchasing, or participating in coaching services, Client agrees to the terms below.

1. Scope of Services

Coach provides acting-related coaching services, which may include audition preparation, self-tape coaching, scene work, performance feedback, and career-related discussion.

Coaching is educational and advisory in nature only and does not constitute acting guarantees, career placement, talent representation, therapy, counseling, or legal advice.

2. No Guarantees

Client understands and agrees that:

  • Coach makes no guarantees regarding auditions, bookings, callbacks, representation, or career outcomes.

  • Results depend on many factors beyond Coach’s control, including casting decisions, market conditions, and Client’s preparation and performance.

3. Client Responsibility

Client agrees to:

  • Arrive prepared and on time for sessions

  • Communicate honestly and respectfully

  • Take full responsibility for creative and career decisions

Coach is not responsible for decisions Client makes before, during, or after coaching sessions.

4. Payment & Fees

  • All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Prices are listed on the Coach Kich website or booking platform.

  • Sessions are not confirmed until payment is received.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Client may cancel or reschedule with at least 12 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • Coach reserves the right to reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Recording & Confidentiality

  • Sessions may not be recorded without prior written consent from both parties.

  • All coaching discussions are confidential and intended solely for Client’s personal use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Client releases Coach from any claims related to dissatisfaction with results, emotional distress, or career outcomes.

8. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Coach Kich from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Client’s participation in coaching services.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

10. Acceptance

By purchasing or participating in coaching services, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Coach Kich website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Services

Coach Kich provides acting coaching and educational services. All services are provided on an "as-is" basis without guarantees of specific results.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through third‑party payment processors. Coach Kich does not store credit card information.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, branding, and logos, is the property of Coach Kich and may not be reproduced without permission.

Termination

Coach Kich reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time for disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

Limitation of Liability

Coach Kich shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the website or services.

PRIVACY POLICY

Information Collected

Coach Kich may collect personal information including name, email address, and payment details when you book services or join mailing lists.

Use of Information

Information is used solely to:

  • Provide services

  • Communicate with clients

  • Improve website experience

Data Protection

Reasonable measures are taken to protect your information. However, no online transmission is 100% secure.

Third‑Party Services

Coach Kich uses third‑party platforms (e.g., Squarespace, Stripe, scheduling tools) which have their own privacy policies.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Coaching sessions are non‑refundable once booked.

  • Clients may reschedule with at least 12 hours’ notice.

  • Missed sessions or late cancellations are forfeited.
